The Venue:
The tournament will take place here: Rybníková, 917 01 Trnava, Slovakia (https://maps.app.goo.gl/XQSXYJi7dSG3T6639)
As you can see on the map, our main field will be Field 2, which also features grandstands, providing a great atmosphere on this pitch.
We expect a large number of spectators; your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Tournament staff, Volunteers, and national teams will have their accreditation and will gain access to the entire venue. Spectators must obtain their wristband at the information desk and register for the event.
Due to capacity, we may need to manage the crowd on the fields directly and allow only accredited participants on the fields.
At the venue, there will be a food zone featuring multiple food trucks, a coffee station, and a bar with soft drinks. Additionally, you will find a fun zone and a merchandise tent with various activities.
The Fields
You are expected to be behind the 5m line at all times. We will remove you from the pitch if this is not the case.
Dogs need to be on their leesh at all times at the venue!
As spectators, you are expected to participate in the Spirit of the Game. This means it is appreciated if you cheer for your team, applaud significant actions, and encourage good spirit on the pitch. It also means that it is not appreciated if you boo or act rudely towards others.
If we need to interfere with spectator behaviour, we will. Keep in mind that we are at a U20 competition and all athletes from all nations deserve our respect for the performance they bring to this European championship.
The Rules of the Game
This is a simplified version to make the game accessible to those unfamiliar with the rules. If you want to deep dive into this, go to https://rules.wfdf.sport
Game time: 90minutes
Halftime: at 8 points (or after Cap +1 after 45 minutes)*
Maximum points: 15
Timouts: 2 per team per game
The main rules you need to know:
Athletes cannot run with the disc (they have to stop as fast as they can after catching)
Athletes are not supposed to touch each other; if that happens, they can call a foul and discuss the situation on the field.
A goal is scored by catching the disc in the end zones at the end of the field.
Attached, you will find the hand signals to identify breaches on the field. The athletes are supposed to and have been trained to use them for a better understanding for everyone.
Each team can exchange the whole 7 athletes after each point

Force and eurodisc are present with tournament merchandise and discs! Be sure to stop by - eurodisc will bring their printer to allow for special designs/pictures on the disc.
