Accommodation Pre-Registration and Food/Transfer/Field Interest Form

Pre-registration overview

Accommodation: booking and payment only possible per team, individual reservation is not possible. We will send out accommodation pre-registration form once the team registrations are confirmed (by mid-February).

Food: We will provide tournament breakfasts at the venue at 5 Eur per person. Lunches will be provided through food trucks at the venue. Tournament dinners will be possible at each accommodation option for 10-12 Eur per person.

Additional options: We are also checking interest in the following options for teams:

  • Airport Transfer – If there’s enough interest, we’ll arrange direct transfers from Vienna International Airport to Trnava. Public transport runs every hour, costs 15-20 EUR per person, and takes 1:45-2:00 hrs, while a direct transfer would take ~1:20 hrs and cost slightly more.

  • Practice Field Booking – Teams may have the option to book a field for practice before the tournament. Availability and costs will depend on demand.

Time-line:

  • March 7, 2025: Deadline for accommodation pre-registration.

  • Mar 21, 2025: We will contact you for details and the final offer for the accommodation.

  • April 21, 2025: 50% accommodation payment is due.

  • Jun 15, 2025: Final accommodation payment is due. Small adjustments may be possible till this date.

  • Jun 2025: Final details regarding food plans.

  • July 10, 2025: Deadline to select tournament food plan (breakfasts & dinners).

  • July 15, 2025: Food payment is due.

Accommodation details

Main dormitory

The main tournament accommodation will be in the dormitories of the Trnava University. The dorms are located around 2km from the venue and can house up to 500 participants. Parking spots are available for cars and buses. We can offer two options:

Budget-friendly dorm rooms

In the old dormitories, we provide units for 8 players each (4 rooms of 2 and a shared bathroom for the unit) at the price of 120 Eur per unit per night.

Reconstructed dorm rooms

Reconstructed dorms offer more comfortable units for 4 players (2 rooms of 2 and a shared bathroom for the unit), and cost 75 Eur per unit per night.

Hotel Spectrum

Hotel Spectrum, located 1.5km from the venue, can take up to 100 players in 2-3 person rooms at the price 37 Eur per person per night.

Dorms at the venue

We also hope to offer you rooms in the university dormitories located right next to the venue. Due to reconstruction, they will only be able to confirm availability and prices in April/May (we expect the price to be around 20-25 Eur per person per night). In case that this options becomes available, you would be able to switch from the options above.

How to get to Trnava

Travelling to Trnava is straightforward.

Bratislava International Airport is just 30 minutes away, and Vienna International Airport is a little over an hour’s drive. Both airports are well-connected to major European destinations.
