Venue Information
Venue Rules
Access to the venue:
Sporting Centre Euganeo will be opened one hour and a half before the first matches and it’s free to access for anyone interested in following the games and experiencing the atmosphere of a top-level European Youth Ultimate Championship. However we kindly ask all spectators to respect side-lines and shaded spaces dedicated to the teams.
Warm-up access:
Please use only the warm-up areas indicated in the field map to warm-up before a game.
Fields will be rotated throughout the week and if they are not in use, they are being rested and should not be used by teams.
Toilets
Toilets are all signed in the map. There will be portaloos and changing room toilets.
If there are no toilet paper rolls, please come to the Main Desk or ask one of our volunteers.
Showers are also available inside the changing rooms.
Food & beverages
At the fields, there will be a bar with some kinds of sandwiches, toasts, chips, ice creams etc and beverages. To buy something at the bar, you will first need to change your money into tokens at the main desk.
No smoking
Centro Sportivo Euganeo has a NO-SMOKING policy which applies to the fields, changing rooms and bleachers.
Pets
Pets are allowed in the sporting centre but must be on a leash at all times and must be the owner’s responsibility to collect the dog's needs.
Tents
Putting tents or gazebos at the field sites is prohibited. Each field will have official tents set up for scorekeepers and for team shade.
Rubbish and recycling
There are a lot of bins across the venue, including General Waste and Recycling bins. We strongly encourage teams to recycle as much as possible. Recycling bins are for paper, cardboard, plastics etc, according to the labels. Teams are requested to clean up after every game before they leave the field. Spectators are responsible for their own rubbish and should use the bins provided.
Any volunteer or TOC’s member can ask the team who leave a mess behind to return and clean it up.
