Atmosphere - Atmosfera
This tournament will be centred around players and the TOC is focused on delivering an amazing experience and creating a fun atmosphere throughout the week. The tournament schedule accommodates free time from about late morning to the early afternoon, allowing the teams to enjoy the historical city centre of Padova as well as the lovable hills in the surroundings. Other special initiatives will fill the already busy daytime, you are not going to have even a second to get bored.

Climate - Clima
The climate of Padova can be described as sort of continental, with usually hot and humid summer days. In August, temperatures generally fall in a range of 25°C to 30°C, but sometimes they can reach up to 35°C or even higher. You must take care of being always hydrated and protected from sunburns.
Padova is a pivotal city in the North-East of Italy, 42 km away from the wonderful city of Venice and it’s famous for being called the city of “Tre Senza” (Three Without’s): the cafe without doors (Caffè Pedrocchi), the field without grass (Prato Della Valle) and the saint without a name (Il Santo). Stories behind these “Tre Senza” spread along the centuries. You may get surprised when you’re visiting the city centre and you find out that Caffè Pedrocchi does have doors, Prato Della Valle does have grass and Il Santo does have a name, so feel free to ask about them to local people you will find resting in one of the many historical bars and cafes (it may take some time, especially if you talk to the elders, you know…). Padova has recently been added to the UNESCO Heritage List as Urbs picta (“painted city”) thanks to Giotto’s fresco cycles in Cappella Degli Scrovegni and other paintings from the fourteenth century. But that’s more: Padova has been elected as European City of Sport 2023!
